I started my Postdoc at SyM3 laboratory in February 2025. I am interested in the ecology of various microorganisms in a range of environments, and their interactions across multiple domains, emphasizing plant-microbe interactions. In SyM3 lab, my research focuses on developing plant-growth promoting bacteria with a broad plant host range, and quantifying the potential evolutionary costs associated with acquiring this trait. The ultimate goal is to support industrial partners in developing elite microbial strains that promote the growth of diverse crops, serving as alternatives to synthetic fertilizers and thereby enhancing sustainable agriculture.
